Question:

How do I get a divorce when spouse has left the USA? Most Sincerely, Lee H. in OR

State:
Oregon

Answer:

Since Oregon is a no-fault divorce state you do not have to prove the abandonment to get a divorce. Your desire to get divorced due to the “irreconcilable difference” created by the abandonment is sufficient grounds to be granted a divorce in Oregon.
