NO-FAULT DIVORCE Category of divorce that is granted even in the case of no marital misconduct. 

NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT – Parent that does not have the right to physical custody, although this parent may still be required to pay child support.
NON-MARITAL PROPERTY – Property that the court decides doesn’t belong to both spouses, therefore it is not accounted for in an equitable distribution.
NULLITY – Ruling that indicates that a marriage is null and void.
