Elizabeth "Liz" Pharo has a passion for realizing the goals of rising companies to help them improve, expand, and take off. As the Chair of our board and past chair and advisor to numerous successful companies, Liz is known for her talent in harmonizing business objectives with a company’s vision, mission, and aspirations for its customers and community. Beyond her work helping Divorce.com reduce the time, cost, and trauma of the typical divorce process, Liz is dedicated to the growth and development of her own community and serves on the boards of the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama, Venture for America, and Blight-Free Birmingham. Liz enjoys running and spending time with her family at Lake Martin.

Bob Butterworth became the founding architect of the online divorce industry when he recognized over two decades ago that a technology-based solution to divorce was not only possible, it could help millions. Since that time, Bob has been the pioneering bricklayer of the industry, enhancing and expanding on modern solutions that have helped nearly a million couples (and counting) divorce without the conflict, cost, and delay inherent in the old approach. Bob is a rabid Seattle Sounders and Manchester City soccer fan, avid street photographer, (obsessed) fly fishing enthusiast, and serious sushi snob.

A tech pioneer and serial entrepreneur since his early 20s, Bob founded three other successful technology and service-based businesses—as well as advancing dozens of successful websites and businesses as a consultant/advisor. A disruptor who “moves fast but doesn’t break things,” he’s known for his ability to swiftly comprehend business challenges and develop practical technology-driven solutions.

Beyond his 20+ years of legal practice, Ken Friedman brings the targeted knowledge of more than a decade developing leading-edge legal tech solutions that have helped millions gain access to the law. As GC and Chief Industry Officer, Ken leads our legal organization, providing legal and strategic guidance that serve our company’s vision to offer online solutions that reduce time, cost, uncertainty, and unnecessary conflict in the divorce process. Ken is a BBQ aficionado and retired Little League coach.

Ken previously served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for LegalZoom, and before that practiced at global law firm Sidley Austin. He has been named one of California's top 10 deputy general counsel by the Los Angeles Daily Journal. Ken is a member of the American Bar Association, where he is a founding member of the State Attorneys General and Department of Justice Issues Committee, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

With nearly a decade of extensive customer work in the family law legal tech space and a vast understanding of the form complexities across the United States and Canada—down to the county level—Inna Goloborodko ranks among the most experienced operations directors in the online divorce space in North America. Beyond her work keeping the trains running on time for Divorce.com while driving progress across a range of customer experience enhancements, Inna speaks four languages, and once translated Shakespeare’s “Gallic Wars” from Latin to Ukrainian.

Inna has more than a decade of web and app development management experience and has previously managed product for major brands such as SNL, NBC Universal and Nickelodeon, as well as overseeing mobile peripheral device experiments under the direction of Apple.

Brandon Molina

Brandon Molina draws on his talent for connecting legal tech, consumer, and e-commerce businesses to advance our goal of modernizing divorce. He focuses on both our consumer customers—minimizing the pain and uncertainty of divorce—and our family-law-attorney customers—offering tools and services to grow their divorce practices. As a Director and our Chief Marketing Officer, Brandon helps design the ideal platform for both divorcing people and attorneys. He’s the father of a kid who loves potato bugs and a six-pound MaltiPooChi (50% Maltese, 20% poodle, 30% chihuahua) rescue dog Hewes.

Prior to Divorce.com, Brandon helped outfit competitive female athletes through his work at JOLYN, and worked for LegalZoom previously. He studied at Harvard Business School and played football for Harvard College.

Austin Yokley

As CFO, Austin Yokley focuses on capital allocation while keeping our operations cost-effective as we steadfastly strive to expand our offerings and improve customer experience. When he’s not crunching numbers to keep our mission for customers on target, Austin is a die-hard Alabama Crimson Tide fan (Roll Tide!) and self-proclaimed lawn care expert.

Austin has experience working on both private and public company, M&A buy-side and sell-side transactions. Prior to Divorce.com, Austin worked for Featheringill Capital, a Birmingham-based private equity firm, and Ernst & Young as a senior associate in the Transaction Advisory Services group. He earned his Master’s of Accounting and B.S. from the University of Alabama.
