We File For You FAQ

We File For You FAQ

We File For You FAQ

Are Court Filing Fees Included in the Pricing?

No, court filing fees are not included in our pricing. Each court has its own set of filing fees that must be paid directly to the court. These fees are separate from our service charges.

Will my spouse need to be involved in the process?

Your spouse’s involvement will depend on your specific situation. You have the option to invite your spouse to the platform to review paperwork. While we will reach out to your spouse to serve them paperwork, we cannot guarantee that they will sign. Without their signature, your divorce will not get finalized.

Every divorce is different. Our dynamic platform can handle it all.
