You're filing: Complaint, Summons, Property Settlement Agreement, Parenting Plan (with kids), Divorce Decree.
Idaho requires parenting class for both parents if you have kids under 18. This is mandatory before the divorce finalizes.
No mandatory waiting period in Idaho, but realistically takes 20-30 days minimum.

Ada County costs $207. Can't afford it? File Application to Waive or Reduce Fees.
Serving Your Spouse
Idaho requires formal service. You can't serve yourself.
Options: Sheriff or process server ($40-$100) or Acceptance of Service (if cooperating).
