Financial resources including property time for training standard living marriage duration age health ability to pay tax consequences fault if extreme any other just factors.
Amounts
No formula. Typically 20-30 percent income difference after property division. For 80k versus 35k Boise expect 900-1400 monthly. Duration one-third to one-half for moderate marriages.

Under 5 years: 6 months to 2 years transitional. 5-10 years: 2-5 years rehabilitative. 10-20 years: 5-10 years. 20 plus years: permanent if over 60 or health issues.
