Under 10 years: 50 percent marriage. 10-20 years: 60 percent. 20-30 years: 75 percent. 30 plus years: indefinite possible. Advisory not mandatory.

Post-2018: NOT deductible NOT taxable. Oregon follows federal. State progressive 4.75-9.9 percent.
