0-15 years: 15-30 percent marriage. 15-20 years: 30-40 percent. 20 plus years: 35 percent to indefinite. These are advisory judges can deviate.

Post-2018: NOT deductible NOT taxable. New York follows federal. State progressive 4-10.9 percent plus NYC tax if applicable.
